The combination of all of the documents below represent eAdvocate's "Terms of Service". Each of these documents are made available in html and PDF format. eAdvocate reserves the right to make updates to these agreements from time to time. As you use our site, you will be specifically asked to review and accept the Terms of each of these agreements in order to see the relevant aspects of the site. All of these agreements are organized below for your convenience.
Our Member Agreement applies to anyone who create a User Account with eAdvocate including: Clients, Patients, Caring Professionals and Friends & Family. We collectively also refer to this group as members.
Any agreement between Clients and Caring Professionals must use our standard Care Contract and the specific elements agreed between the parties as part of the Request for Care Process are documented as a Schedule 1 to this Contract.
If you are booking a quick Care Assessment, there are a standard set of Terms and Conditions you will need to accept. These serve as a 'Schedule 1' to the standard Care Contract agreement.
All financial transactions are handled through eAdvocate's payment subsidiary eAdvocate Payments Ltd. As part of our Care Contract each party agrees to use the services of this subsidiary and be bound by the terms of this Payment Platform Agreement.
Also as part of each Care Contract the parties agree to abide by our Payment Resolution Process Agreement which defines how eAdvocate will support mediating any disagreements between the parties.
