We've got you covered! For your protection, eAdvocate carries comprehensive Professional Liability insurance, as well as Commercial and General Liability (CGL) insurance. You must contract through the eAdvocate platform to be covered by this insurance protection.

3. Confirming Background Check

Completing a background check is required for all Caring Professionals. Some Caring Professionals do not currently have a background check, but are willing to do this as a condition of a job offer. Caring Professionals can quickly complete their background check on our website within 24 hours and post this information on their Profile.

4. Choosing your Best Caregiver

Once you have shortlisted and selected the Caring Professional that best meets your needs, you can begin interviewing and contracting with the one you want to hire. Interviews are a great way to get to know the Caring Professional better and determine if they are the right fit for you. Some important questions to ask may include:
