Understanding the Dispute Resolution Process

eAdvocate's Member Care team serves as an arbitrator of payment related disputes should they arise between our Client and Caring Professionals. This is accessed through the payment process. However, you can learn more about how this system works here and our payment policy.

Reporting Emergencies, Harassment or Abuse

While we always want to help, the eAdvocate member care team will not be the fastest or most appropriate place to immediately contact about emergencies, harassment or abuse. We encourage you to contact the following authorities to report your incident, as well as sending our member care details.

For Emergency Situations and reporting crimes - please call 911.

Reporting Human Rights Violations related to care falls under the jurisdiction of your provincial human rights commission. Click here for a link to your provincial Human Rights Commission.

Please report concerns about Caring Professional conduct to eAdvocate Member Care membercare@eadvocate.com. You may also contact the appropriate caring professional association in your province to report these concerns.
